Welcome to a little behind the scenes of my most recent house renovation.

This property was originally just a 1 bedroom 1 bath house. The original owner had one other primary home and no longer wanted to manage this property as a rental. My approach was to design a renovation around something unique to the home that stood out and as you’ll easily see from it’s tropical style, that unique feature was the palm tree in front of the property.

I spent over $3,000 just cutting down large and obstructive trees around the house for safety and aesthetic reasons, but the palm tree had to be a focal point.

The next step was to increase the square footage of the house and add a second bedroom. We built out nearly 300 more livable square feet from the garage/shed structure that originally existed.

I’m excited for you to see a beautiful transformation of an 1940’s Bungalow 1 bed 1 bath into a tropical oasis with modern accents of a home to enjoy and build beautiful memories.
