Annual revenue of at least $100,000 a year.

Business is not built around an individual’s brand or the owner.

Highly interested in niche businesses like HVAC repair, soil classifiers, parking lot markers, etc. (not restaurants, bakeries, clothing stores, etc.)

Highly interested in tech businesses, mainly profitable software or tech products with a community or strong fanbase.

Any service based or store location business must be located within an hour of Greenville, S.C., Atlanta, G.A. or Augusta, G.A.

Business has been operating for at least 5 years.
