Athens, G.A., Atlanta, G.A., Augusta, GA

I only buy cash deals in Athens, Augusta, and South Carolina markets. Cash deals must be no greater than $250,000 purchase and rehab with at least 70% equity after remodeled. Renovation cost must be less than $100,000 if purchase above $200,000.

I can buy creative finance deals in all of the above markets.

I buy mobile homes, mobile home parks, single-family homes, multi-family property below 20 units.

Must be at least a 2 bed 1 bath 1,100 square feet built in 1950 or greater for single-family homes.

Anything outside of these terms I can still look at it for you and just give feedback.
